February 19, 2026: Dom Gaby Depreitere, born in 1936 in Koekelare, Belgium. He was a priest of Salesians Don Bosco before entering Achel Monastery in 1977, where he made his solemn profession in 1980. He was the last superior of Achel and transferred his stability to Westmalle in 2020, when Achel was supressed. Father was 89 years old, had 48 years of monastic profession and 57 years of priesthood when the Lord called him.
