February 11, 2026, Sister Maria Berchmans Yamaga was born in 1933 in Hokkaido Prefecture (Japan). She entered Tenshien Abbey in 1957 and made her solemn vows in 1965. Sister was 92 years old and had 64 years of monastic profession when the Lord called her.
