March 21, 2026: Father Luc (Claude) Charles was born in 1935 in Flers, Orne, France. He entered La Trappe in 1958, made solemn profession in 1960 and was ordained priest in 1968. Father was 90 years old, had been in monastic vows for 64 years and 57 years a priest when the Lord called him.
