On 5 April 2024, the community of Tautra elected Mother Brigitte as Titular Prioress for a new term of six-year.
Dom André Barbeau, superior and abbot of Aiguebelle from 1996 to 2006, and abbot of Oka/ Val Notre-Dame (Diocese of Joliette, Canada) since 2008, presented his resignation to the Abbot General for health reasons (St. 40). With the consent of his Council, the Abbot General accepted it and it became effective on 31 March 2024.
On 3 April 2004, Dom Jean-Marc Chéné, abbot of Bellefontaine and Father Immediate of Val Notre-Dame, appointed Dom Clément Charbonneau superior ad nutum of the community.
Dom Clément was superior ad nutum of Mistassini from 2010 to 2016, then abbot from 2017 to 2023. When the suppression of Mistassini was voted in 2023, he came to Val Notre-Dame and regained his stability.
