New Melleray

July 6, 2017: Father Neil Paquette was born in 1937 in Harrisburg, PA (USA). He entered New Melleray in 1974, made his solemn profession in 1980 and was ordained a priest in 1994. He served the community as novice director and treasurer. Father was 80 years old, had been in monastic vows for 40 years and 23 years a priest when the Lord called him after a brief bout with cancer and several years of living with the effects of a stroke.
